Limewash
Limewash with natural movement, not a flat painted finish.
Limewash is applied in layers to create subtle variation in tone and texture. We prepare the surface first and build the finish according to the existing substrate and the look the project calls for.
What's included
Limewash behaves differently from standard wall paint. The final appearance comes from the surface underneath, the application method and the layers of mineral finish rather than a completely uniform coat.
- Surface preparation — cleaning and preparing the substrate before application
- Interior limewash — accent walls, bedrooms, living areas and other interior surfaces
- Exterior limewash — appropriate stucco and brick surfaces
- Layered application — building depth and natural tonal variation
- Finish detailing — maintaining intentional movement across corners and adjoining surfaces
Questions

It depends on the existing coating and the limewash system being used. Some surfaces require additional preparation or a compatible primer before the mineral finish can be applied. We evaluate the existing wall before determining the preparation process.
